Engagement Photography near Rothbury
Jamie and Maria had initially considered having their engagement photographs taken in Alnwick where they met: unfortunately the park they had in mind was closed when we got there. They agreed to head off with me to Rothbury where we had a lovely stroll on a quiet little road in a place called Simonside. We took plenty of time as the sun was slowly setting to capture photos as we walked and then amongst some small trees. I created the last set with the help of a portable studio flash. I have lovely memories of what was a delightful engagement photography session and, more importantly, Maria and Jamie were very happy with the photos, some edited in colour, some in black and white and some in both.
